Simple Steps for Summer Hydration

The summer season is in full swing, which means hot weather, outdoor activities, and the irresistible urge to play in the sun!

As much fun as warm weather activities are, it’s important to remember that certain health risks come along, too—namely, dehydration. Staying hydrated during the summer is essential, especially when temperatures reach the high 90s or triple digits, and if you’re engaged in vigorous activity.

Quick tips for staying hydrated:

Perfect combination! - I can't believe so many people drink the Sports Drinks that can be loaded with chemicals, artificial coloring, sugar or artificial sweeteners and are so hard on people's bodies.

We are incredibly fortunate to be able to hydrate so well with our delicious Sunrider Fortune Delight. Then to add in the Electrosport and Evergreen makes it even more thirst-quenching and hydrating. I love them all!
