Judi Padgett-Creed has been a CIDESCO-certified esthetician (the CIDESCO diploma is widely recognized as the world's most prestigious qualification in the field of esthetics and beauty therapy) since 1975, but if you saw her, you would think she had graduated only a few years ago! She strongly believes her age-defying looks are due to being a loyal Kandesn® skin care and color cosmetic user for more than 10 years. She is her own walking billboard for her Kandesn business!
We caught up to Judi recently and asked her to share a few of her “secrets for success.” All of Judi’s family (including her husband and three sons) are loyal devotees of Sunrider® products, including Kandesn®. The whole family uses Oi-Lin® Liquid Soap in the shower and Oi-Lin® sunscreens before they leave the house. They say this makes a big difference in keeping their skin healthy and moist in the very dry region of California
Judi is very versed and current in the field of esthetics, so she could choose products from anywhere in the world. Because of this, we wanted to find out why she chose Kandesn® and stayed with this brand for all these years. Judi says she loves Kandesn® because in her many years as an esthetician she has seen many ingredients come and go. Companies just move from fad to fad with new ingredients that can be detrimental and cause premature aging to the skin. She found Kandesn® to be a breath of fresh air. The first time she tried the skin care products, she felt like her skin sighed with relief—finally, she had something that worked for her skin! Because the appearance of her complexion and tone improved dramatically, she started using Kandesn® products on her clients. That was nine years ago and Judi says her clients believe they’re getting younger looking each time she sees them—and that’s good business for her!
With regard to marketing Kandesn®, Judi told us that 100% of her clients are referral-based. Initially, they enjoy one of her facial treatments using 100% Kandesn® skin care products. Judi then lets them know that they can continue to receive the same benefits and improve their skin over time by using Kandesn® daily at home. As a result, most are loyal product users and some have even joined Judi in the business!
Judi recommends all of the products that Sunrider has to offer, but she talked to us about her favorites. One of her best-selling products is Oi-Lin® Cleansing Cream because it’s so gentle yet does such a fabulous job removing makeup. Judi loves Sunrider’s new Business Plan, and though she’s constantly recruiting and generating new VIP Customers through her esthetics business, she doesn’t always start them exclusively on the skin care. As a devotee of Dr. Chen’s Philosophy of Regeneration®, she stresses that her clients approach healthier-looking skin as a process of nourishing it both from the inside-out and the outside-in.
