Employees of the Month

It’s time to catch everyone up on our great employees who recently earned our Employee of the Month award. Congratulations to all three, and thank you for your hard work and contributions to Sunrider!

Michelle Kong

Congratulations to Michelle, Sunrider’s February Employee of the Month. Michelle joined Sunrider two years ago, and is a Tax Accountant in our Tax Department. She is directly responsible for the preparation of the U.S. and state income tax returns for Sunrider’s numerous entities. She is a quick study who produces very detailed, high-quality work.

Michelle works independently and is an organized, dependable self-starter. She makes the extra effort to improve historical and carry-over tax files and schedules. She has a high level of responsibility with regard to complex income tax matters, and always displays an excellent attitude and commitment to her work and Sunrider. Clearly a very valuable member of our tax team, Michelle is always willing to help others and share her vast tax knowledge. The volume and quality of her work is superb!

Ashish Agarwal

Congratulations to Ashish, our March Employee of the Month. Ashish has been with Sunrider nearly 10 years, and is a Programmer/Analyst IV in our Information Technology Department. His main responsibilities are to develop and maintain the IBO Business Shop Online and convention websites, and the data exchange between the web and the HP system.

Ashish also helps his peers whenever the need arises. One notable example was during convention last summer. While on a break, Ashish saw long lines in promo sales, and stepped in on his own to help. After the lines thinned, he returned to his IT responsibilities and continued to work another long day! Ashish prioritizes his projects, and always finishes them before or within the deadline.

Best of all, Ashish has a great attitude and extreme patience. He can often be found working extra hours just to make sure the “job gets done!”

Aaron Tsai

Congratulations to Aaron, our April Employee of the Month. Aaron began his career at Sunrider in 2006 as a Technical Writer in our Legal Department. Because of his extensive Taiwanese legal background and LL.M degree (Masters of Comparative Law), he was transferred to our International Department in 2007 to fill a much needed resource at Sunrider.

Aaron reviews and amends the legal writings of contracts and various other agreements in China and Taiwan. He’s a great researcher, and has gained valuable information from the Chinese legal system. In addition, Aaron keeps track of all legal developments in China and Taiwan. His knowledge is also extremely valuable when dealing with Sunrider’s ho¬tels, manufacturing facilities, and ABO businesses in China.
