Six years ago, when I was just 35 years old, I was overweight, tipping the scales at 104 kilograms (about 229 lbs). Stemming in part from having some unhealthy lifestyle habits, including eating out for most of my meals, having a fondness for rich foods, and frequently drinking nutrition-void beverages sold at convenience stores, I was in poor health. In fact, when I was only 25, my SGPT (Serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase) levels were so elevated I couldn’t even donate blood. Eventually, I was diagnosed with diseases such as ventricular hypertrophy, hypertension, and paroxysmal tachycardia.

Then I found Sunrider, and it changed my life! At first, I was reluctant to take Sunrider® products, because I didn’t understand what they were about or the philosophy behind them. However, after learning more about the company, the products, and the Philosophy of Regeneration™, I became determined to implement a Vitalite® Weight Management Program.
