Innovative Skin Care Products for Beautiful, Healthy Skin

According to a recent article in the Los Angeles Times entitled “Skin care’s new favorite ingredient: hyaluronic acid,” by Alene Dawson, hyaluronic acid—which is found in many of Sunrider’s skin care products—is the beauty industry’s new superstar product. It’s a moisturizing and lubricating substance that occurs naturally in the body, and is now being added to many beauty products and procedures to smooth and refine wrinkles, and give skin a youthful, “plump” appearance.

There are numerous beauty products on the market that contain hyaluronic acid (soap, for example), but according to the article, these products do not really deliver any specific benefits because the product is not absorbed into the skin or gets washed off. At Sunrider, we use a very stable form of hyaluronic acid that is label-listed as “sodium hyaluronate.” Our hyaluronic acid is a naturally derived compound that provides numerous benefits.
